The sealant takes 48 hours to fully cure. During this time you will be unable to walk or drive on your asphalt.
Will weather affect my appointment?
Yes, the asphalt cannot be sealed while wet. You will receive a call the day prior to your appointment to discuss rescheduling if the weather does not look permissible.
What if it rains on my freshly sealed driveway?
Common question, the sealant is an oil base so the rain will not impact the work once it is completed.
How long does the process take?
For a typical residential driveway an appoint take approximately an hour.
How long does the sealant last?
Although results vary depending on use, you will get several rears out of a seal.
